Your personal data
Provisional page, updated on 31 October 2026. It says what the website collects and how this data is protected; a text written or approved by a lawyer will replace it.
For now, the website's forms are closed: nothing you might write in them is sent, and the website collects no data. What follows says what it will collect when they open.
Who is responsible for your data

What each form collects, and why
The waiting list
What you write: your first name, your phone number, your neighbourhoods, who you are signing up for and, if you wish, your expectations. What for: to let you know by SMS or WhatsApp on the day Lämsin opens in your neighbourhood.
Health professionals' pre-registration
What you write: your surname and first name, your profession, your phone number, your e-mail address if you give it, your neighbourhood, how you travel, your qualifications, your care skills, the kit you plan to take, the information session chosen and, if you wish, your expectations. What for: to call you back and invite you to an information session. No document is sent through the website: your diplomas, your ID and your criminal record are checked in person. A pre-registration is not an account.
An organisation's request
What you write: the type of request, the name and type of the organisation, the contact person, their phone number and e-mail address, the profile, number and duration sought, and the need described. What for: to call you back about your request.
The contact form
What you write: your name, your phone number or e-mail address, the subject and your message. What for: to reply to you.
Each form also keeps your consent, with its date and the exact text you accepted. None asks for information about your health, nor any ID or diploma; under each free-text field, a reminder asks you not to write any. Your data is only used for what is written here: no advertising, and nothing is sold or given to others.
Who sees your data
The Lämsin team only. Neither health professionals, nor organisations, nor anyone else sees it. Every change made to a request, and every list exported to call you, is recorded: who, and when.
How long it is kept
A request is deleted automatically after 12 months without any action by the team (provisional duration). You can ask for it to be deleted sooner.
Protection against robots
To keep out automated submissions, the forms use Cloudflare's invisible check (Turnstile): when you start filling in a form, it examines your browser, without asking you anything. To limit mass submissions, the database also keeps, for 24 hours, a fingerprint of your internet address and your number: a code that makes it possible to recognise them without being able to recover them. It then deletes it.
Your rights
At any time, you can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, or no longer be contacted: through the contact form (subjects "My personal data" or "Unsubscribe from the waiting list"), or by calling support. You can also contact the personal data protection authority of Togo (IPDCP).
Hosting
The website's pages are hosted by Cloudflare, with its Cloudflare Pages service. Requests sent through the forms are stored in Lämsin's database, hosted by Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany.
