The price of each treatment is set by Lämsin and shown in the app before you order, together with the travel cost. You pay after the treatment, in cash or with your Lämsin wallet.
If the waiting time or the treatment lasts longer than planned, the extra time is counted: the estimate tells you so before you order. You get the exact price at the end of the treatment, and you check it before paying.
Before receiving their first request, each health professional shows our team, in person, their diplomas, their ID and their criminal record, then follows a training on the app, its rules and its ethics. No account is activated without this check.
As soon as a health professional accepts your request, you see their name, photo and profession.
